Устойчивость к ветру:
Italian cultivar with remarkably twisted twigs and curled leaves. The spherical crown is light and open with twigs that are remarkably green and bear many light-coloured lenticels. When broken the very twisted branches give off an unpleasant odour. The more mature trunk turns greyish brown and is grooved. The leaves are compound, imparipinnate and remarkably curled. They are approx. 25 cm long and consist of 7 to 17 leaf segments. The segments are 2 - 6 cm long and ovoid. The plant does not produce any flowers, hence no fruit either. The tree is not very prone to diseases and problems and tolerates paving and road salt. Sophora tolerates dry conditions well.
